Build Mobile Solutions That Matter

We're a small team working on projects that help real businesses in Laos and beyond. If you want to write code that actually gets used and work with people who care about what they build, this might be the place.

What We're Looking For

Right now, we're expanding. Our client base grew faster than expected in late 2024, and we need people who can handle mobile development work that ranges from e-commerce apps to custom business tools.

Most of our projects involve Flutter or React Native. Sometimes we build native apps when the situation calls for it. You don't need to know everything, but you should be comfortable picking up new frameworks when a project needs it.

We're based in Vientiane, but remote work is an option if you're in a similar timezone. The team is small enough that everyone talks to clients directly at some point.

Mobile Developer
Full-time | Vientiane or Remote | Start: June 2025
Build and maintain mobile apps for local and regional clients. You'll handle everything from initial setup to deployment and post-launch support.
UI/UX Designer
Full-time | Vientiane | Start: August 2025
Design mobile interfaces that work for our client base. Most projects need wireframes, prototypes, and final assets ready for development.
Project Coordinator
Full-time | Vientiane | Start: September 2025
Keep projects on track and maintain communication with clients. You'll coordinate between our team and client stakeholders throughout the development process.

How We Actually Work

There's no ping pong table or beer fridge. We work normal hours and go home at normal times. Most days involve writing code, reviewing work, and talking with clients about what they need.

The office is near the river in Vientiane. It's a small space, but it has good internet and air conditioning that works most of the time. We usually eat lunch together, and people take breaks when they need to.

Projects last anywhere from three weeks to six months. Some clients come back with new work, others don't. That's just how it goes. When things get busy, we stay late. When they're slow, we catch up on learning or tackle internal improvements.

Everyone on the team codes or designs something. There aren't layers of management between you and the actual work. If you have an idea for how to do something better, you can just do it.

What You Get

These are the actual benefits we offer. Nothing fancy, just practical support.

Fair Compensation
We pay market rates for Laos and review salaries annually. Bonuses happen when projects go well.
Health Coverage
Basic health insurance that covers hospitals in Vientiane and emergency situations abroad.
Learning Budget
Annual budget for courses, books, or conferences. Use it for whatever helps you improve.
Remote Options
Work from home when you need to. Some roles can be fully remote if you're in a compatible timezone.
Flexible Hours
Core hours are 10am to 4pm. Outside that, manage your time as long as deadlines are met.
Paid Time Off
Twenty days annual leave plus public holidays. Take time when you need it without explanation.

Bounmy Keovongphet

Senior Developer
"I joined in early 2023 when we had maybe three active projects. Now we're juggling ten at a time, and honestly, that growth has been the best part. You get to see your work actually matter."
Bounmy handles most of our Flutter projects and helps newer developers get up to speed. Before joining WebUnionOrg, he spent four years at a larger agency in Bangkok where he rarely talked to clients or made decisions about architecture. Here, he does both regularly.
